VettdPros Alerts text messages. Last updated September 26, 2026.

What we text

VettdPros Alerts sends transactional text messages to service businesses that use VettdPros. These are sign-in and phone verification codes, plus the account alerts a business has switched on in its own settings. For example, we text when a customer who has been served before, or who has been flagged, books a job, is added to the business’s CRM, calls the business, or texts the business for the first time, and when a job is marked completed. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

Texts go only to a mobile number that a VettdPros account user enters in Settings & Alerts inside the VettdPros app, next to a consent statement they must accept. The number is then confirmed by entering a one-time code sent to it. No texts are sent to a number that has not been confirmed this way. Consumers and a business’s customers are never texted by VettdPros.

Example messages

VettdPros: 043407 is your verification code. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

VettdPros: Jordan M. is calling you now. Served before · no issues reported. Details: app.vettdpros.com. Reply STOP to opt out.

VettdPros: Job completed for Jordan M. Rate it in the app: app.vettdpros.com. Reply STOP to opt out.

How often

Message frequency varies with your account activity and the alerts you choose. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any VettdPros Alerts message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@vettdpros.com. You can also remove your number or turn off text alerts in Settings & Alerts at any time.
